In order to look and feel your best, you need to make healthy choices day in and day out, time and time again. Does this mean you can never have pizza and french fries ever again? Nope. It means you find a way to balance the good with the not-so-good so that you can live your best life. And what’s the alternative to not developing healthy habits? Go through life thinking about making changes but not following through, all the while feeling mediocre? Nah. A’int no one got time for that merry-go-round.
Permanent results come from permanent changes in your diet and lifestyle. It is that simple. So quit looking for an easy way out when the truth is right in front of you.
