I don't know about you guys, but this summer is a hot one. We are looking for ALL excuses not to turn on that oven. But hey, I still need to satisfy my sweet tooth, so we've rounded up our favourite dessert recipes that don't require any baking. AND they are all dairy-free and gluten-free.

Here are our top picks for quick and easy no-bake desserts that will help cool you off this summer.

1. Homemade Popsicles

Chill out the best way possible with our roundup of creamy fruit-filled ice pops. They're dairy-free, naturally sweetened, kid-friendly and require less than three ingredients. Oh, and no popsicle mould needed!

In case you didn't already know, we're kind of obsessed with dipping things in chocolate. We've dipped nuts, fruit (yup, watermelon too) and even sweet potato chips! We've even made our own version of Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs :)

3. One-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

Got ripe bananas? Wait! Leave the oven off and skip the banana bread! Instead, freeze those banana slices and blend it into creamy perfection.
