Creamy, Fruit-filled Popsicles for the Summer

There's no better way to chill out this summer than with fresh-outta-the-freezer popsicles. We're beating the heat the tastiest way possible. These CREAMY, FRESH, FRUITY homemade ice pops are:

  • Dairy-free
  • Naturally sweetened
  • 3 ingredients or less
  • Kid-friendly
  • So versatile you can swap in any of your favourite fruits

Also, no popsicle mould needed! Do you really need more convincing?

Creamy Fruit-filled Popsicles

We used 3-ounce cups and popsicle sticks from the dollar store so anyone can make these at home. Once these creamy summer treats are frozen, run the cups under warm water for a few seconds and gently pop them out by pressing against the bottom.

Mango Coconut Popsicles

Creamy Fruit-filled Popsicles

Serves: 8
Time: 4 hours

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Frozen Mango
  • 1 cup Organic Coconut Milk (divided)

Directions:

  1. Blend mango and 3/4 cup of coconut milk in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Roughly scoop mango puree into paper cups.
  3. Spoon remaining coconut milk into each cup to fill in the gaps around the mango. This will create a swirl effect when frozen.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks in the middle. Place in freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Suggestions:

No Coconut Milk - Use almond milk or any other dairy milk alternative.


Creamy Avocado Popsicles

Creamy Fruit-filled Popsicles

Serves: 8
Time: 4 hours

Ingredients:

  • 2 Avocado
  • 4 tbsps Raw Honey
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into small cups and insert popsicle sticks in the middle.
  3. Place in freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Suggestions

Extra Boost - Add 1-2 tbsp of Green Tea Powder

Fun Layering - Fill bottom half of cup with avocado mixture and top half with almond milk. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze. For diagonal layering, angle cups in an ice tray and freeze avocado layer first. Before avocado freezes completely, insert sticks. Add almond milk layer after avocado completely frozen.

No Almond Milk - Use coconut milk or any other dairy milk alternative


Cherry Blueberry Coconut Popsicles

Creamy Fruit-filled Popsicles

Serves: 6
Time: 4 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cherries (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Milk

Directions:

  1. Insert each popsicle stick into the middle of a cherry to anchor it in each cup.
  2. Add chopped cherries and blueberries to fill about 3/4 of the cup, around the stick. Fill remainder of cups with coconut milk.
  3. Place in freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Suggestions

More Creamy - Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender and divide into cups.

No Coconut Milk - Use almond milk or any other dairy milk alternative.
