Beat the Heat with these Thirst-Quenching Popsicles

This summer's a humid one folks. We're looking for ways to stay hydrated and this means POPSICLES, all day every day (that's my excuse anyway). Last time, we shared these super creamy, fruit-filled popsicles. Today, we're looking at our usual summer drinks and turning them into big batches of juicy, refreshing thirst-quenchers to tackle a muggy summer.

And of course, NO POPSICLE MOULD NEEDED. We're sticking to 3 oz paper cups from the dollar store so everyone can make these at home. Once frozen, run the cups under hot water for a few seconds and use your thumb to push up the bottom and pop out the popsicles.

What are we waiting for? Behold, Green Tea Lemonade and Milk & Honey Iced Coffee Popsicles!

Suggestions

Dairy Free - Use coconut milk or almond milk instead of cream.

Fun Layering - Leave about 1 cm when filling the cups with coffee. Add your cream or dairy-free milk in Step 3 after your popsicles have partially frozen.
