Your clients are living in high-stress times and experiencing unprecedented levels of anxiety. We know that stress and anxiety can play a huge role in the development of illness(1) as well as your clients' ability to prioritize their wellness in daily routines, so helping them manage these feelings is one of the most important things you can do as a healthcare professional.
When it comes to managing stress and reducing anxiety, there are so many factors to consider. One of them is nutrition.
Low levels of vitamin B6 and iron are associated with panic attacks(2), magnesium regulates neurotransmitters(3), and fiber produces short-chain fatty acids that can alleviate stress.(4)
Our new Stress & Anxiety Support Program is filled with fresh, vibrant recipes that prioritize these key nutrients to reduce stress and anxiety.
Our seven-day Stress & Anxiety Support Program includes:
- Three meals and two snacks daily.
- Colorful recipes to help clients eat the rainbow.
- An itemized shopping list to reduce stress at the grocery store.
- A prep guide to keep clients on-track with daily cooking tasks.
The meal plan is high in key nutrients like magnesium, vitamin B6, iron and fiber to provide nutritional support for stress and anxiety, as well as strategic use of leftovers to help clients eat healthy all week without worrying about it.
The meal plan can be scaled to feed up to four people, which is helpful for stressed-out parents with a family to feed. When you scale a plan, the recipes and shopping list will adjust automatically based on the number of people who will be eating.
As always, we encourage you to customize the program based on your clients' unique needs. Side dishes can be added to increase calories for high-energy clients, recipes can be swapped in and out based on preference, and a third snack can be added if your client needs a little something extra before bed. The sky is the limit!
