When people think of yogurt, they usually think of fruit and granola. Most storebought yogurts have so much sugar added to them, they may as well be ice cream! But guys, the day we discovered savoury yogurt bowls was the day the game changed forever.
Yogurt makes a great high protein base for a savoury, low-glycemic meal. Plus, it's super delicious. If you're a fan of smoked salmon and cream cheese you are going to love this recipe.

Smoked Salmon Avocado Yogurt Bowls
Makes: 2 bowls
Time: 10 minutes
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
- 100 grams Smoked Salmon (sliced)
- 1 Avocado (sliced)
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 2 tsp Avocado Oil
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- Divide yogurt, cucumber, salmon and avocado into bowls or containers. Top with chopped dill, avocado oil and salt. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
