Our Non-Perishable Foods Program is a new resource for nutrition professionals who are working with clients that have little access to fresh foods. We’ve built this program to rely heavily on pantry staples, dry goods and frozen produce.
This program is full of flavor and nutrients while still being accessible and affordable. Like all of our programs, it is completely customizable to fit individual needs.
Our Non-Perishable Foods Program includes:
- A simple and fun seven-day meal plan that is great for those who like to prep food ahead of time.
- 14 delicious recipes that are packed with flavor and easy to make.
- Three meals and three snacks every day for lots of variety.
- An itemized grocery list to make shopping quick and easy.
- A step-by-step prep guide to keep clients on track.
This plan is perfect for both new and experienced home cooks because the recipes are simple and make enough to have leftovers for a few days.
If you'd like to extend the plan to make it longer than one week, you can easily find more recipes to create a long-term program by searching for common pantry ingredients.
The Prep Guide lays out daily meal prep tasks that need to be completed every day of the week, to keep your client organized and reduce overwhelm.
Like all of our meal plans, this program is totally customizable based on your client’s unique preferences and needs. You can add more side dishes to increase the calories, modify it to be nut-free, or make any other swaps your client requires.
Providing your clients with the right plan will get them excited to eat real, delicious food and will teach them meal prepping habits that will last for the rest of their lives. This program makes it possible to reach clients that may not have access to fresh fruits and vegetables.
This program is now available to all That Clean Life members. Learn more here.
