As soon as you visit her website, you are welcomed with a pop-up inviting you to download her Free Kitchen Clean-Out Guide with a 7-Day Meal Plan. She also uses Linktree in her Instagram bio and keeps the download link to this lead magnet at the top of her list.
This guide contains a list of food additives that Erin recommends avoiding and what ingredients she recommends using instead. It also includes a full 7-day meal plan with recipes and instructions for how to get started.
2. Women with Bloating and IBS
Sam is a Dietitian specializing in IBS. Her lead magnet is a 5-Day Meal Plan for IBS & Gut Health, which you’re invited to download as soon as you visit her website, via a bar along the top of each page.
The meal plan was created using That Clean Life for Business and includes a shopping list, recipes, and a day-by-day menu page.
Sam also uses her lead magnet to immediately up-sell her lowest price offering: a 7-day video course on gut health.
3. Skin Health for Actors
Michael is a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in helping actors look and feel their very best. His lead magnet is a Free Guide to Skin Health, which you’re invited to download as soon as you visit his website.
The guide contains tips on key nutrients that support skin health, as well as the foods and supplements that can help. It also contains an introduction to Michael’s health philosophy, more information about him and how to get in touch.
4. Women’s Hormone Balancing
Rachel is a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in helping women overcome hormonal disorders, such as PCOS and Endometriosis. Her lead magnets include starter’s guides to both PCOS and Endometriosis, which she promotes on Instagram via Linktree. Her lead magnets are also found in the sidebar of her website.
The lead magnets first introduce Rachel as the expert in all things hormones and share her mission and health philosophy. The guides include a list of 10 recommended foods for each condition, top 5 supplements, and a 1-day sample meal plan along with further suggestions for symptom management.

Her home page has a pop-up inviting visitors to download the guide, which contains 7 tips to improve energy levels. The food recommendations come with a recipe to help readers implement the advice in a fun and simple way.

Sarah is a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in helping women lose weight and feel amazing. Her lead magnet is a free 3-Day Detox meal plan which appears in the menu bar of her website, as well as on the Linktree from her Instagram bio.

7. Women's Fitness & Weight Loss
Steph and Melissa are Holistic Nutritionists and personal trainers who specialize in working with women to improve their health and fitness using real food. Their website includes a 'Freebies' section in the menu bar which links to multiple lead magnets.
The lead magnets include a 7-Day Banish the Bloat challenge, as well as a Gluten & Dairy-Free Recipe Book. Both of their lead magnets were creating using That Clean Life for Business, and include an invite to join their free private Facebook group for support.
All of these lead magnets have some important things in common:
- They’re immediately discoverable when visiting the practitioner's website or social media channels.
- The topic of the lead magnet is related to their niche, so they are always attracting their ideal clients.
- They are delivered via email, requiring the potential client to share their email address.
- The free content comes along with an introduction email to say thank you and welcome them to the practitioner’s email list.
- After downloading the freebie, they continue to stay in touch via a weekly newsletter or an email sequence to keep them interested.
