A new year and a brand new you... at least, until you fall apart under all that pressure.

We want 2019 to be different.

We want 2019 to be the year that you go easier on yourself and focus on the self-love and self-care that you deserve. We want you to become a happier, healthier version of yourself without all the unrealistic expectations and deprivation.

That’s the intention we are setting for 2019 and we’re inviting you to join in by cultivating a weekly meal planning routine that will support your physical and mental wellness for years to come.

Introducing our New Year, New Routine Meal Planning Challenge

This four-week challenge will help you make meal planning a weekly habit that you love. If creating a meal plan that you will actually enjoy following has felt impossible to you, this is the perfect opportunity to make 2019 the year that meal planning becomes a regular part of your routine.

Every week you’ll use That Clean Life to create delicious, healthy meal plans. You'll learn time and money-saving tips and tricks for meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal prepping healthy recipes that you will actually love and look forward to eating!

We will help you put everything you learn into practice and get into a weekly routine of creating delicious, nutritious meal plans for yourself and your family. By the end of these four weeks, you will be a total pro and meal planning will be a regular part of your weekly self-care.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • The challenge begins on January 7th, 2019 and wraps up on February 1st, 2019.
  • The challenge is open to all standard members of That Clean Life who want to participate. If you’re not yet a member, sign-up here.
  • Each week we will be focusing on meal planning tips and strategies for a different meal type including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
