Introducing Our 21-Day Reset Program for January 2017

Something really cool happened with That Clean Life last year.

Like, really cool.

You see, at the end of last year we took some time to talk to members of That Clean Life to ask them one simple question: What is the biggest challenge you face when it comes to eating healthy?

With hundreds of responses, nearly everyone said the same thing:

"It's too difficult."

We obviously had to dig a bit deeper. Why was eating healthy too difficult? We further categorized the responses into three main categories:

  1. I don't have the time.
  2. I don't have the money.
  3. I don't have the willpower or motivation.

As I combed through the feedback and saw the patterns emerge, I said to myself, "Jeez. It's no wonder everyone is looking for a quick fix."

We live in a fast-paced, stressful world where time and money are of the essence. At the same time, we're influenced by the media telling us how we "ought" to look. Then, we're bombarded with the latest diet trends, weight loss pills and grueling workouts that promise to help us achieve this image. And to cap it all off, we're told that processed food is bad for our health then surrounded by it everywhere we go.

No wonder we think eating healthy has to be difficult.

We decided it was time to get back to the basics. We wanted to create something that would make eating healthy simple and dare we say, even fun.

No magic pills.
No chalky protein powders.
No measuring your food into tiny containers.
No counting calories.
No counting carbs.
No counting anything.
No dieting.
No starving.
No depriving.
No feeling hungry.

Just eat real food.

Over the last year, we've been pouring our hearts and souls into this one key goal: to make eating healthy simple and fun.

Introducing That Clean Life's 21-Day Reset Program

Kicking off Monday January 9, 2017

Because eating healthy can be difficult, the 21-Day Reset Program makes it easy by giving you everything you need to hit the ground running - a meal plan, shopping list, recipes and a guide. Boom. All the hard work is done for you.

Because eating healthy can be time consuming, the ingredients that we use in the 21-Day Reset Program can all be purchased at one store. We've made sure that all meals are super quick and easy to make. Your dinners will make enough for you to have leftovers for lunch the next day to save you time in the kitchen. We will even be giving you a weekly prep guide so you never waste time wondering which task to complete next.

Because eating healthy can be expensive, we've made sure the ingredients we use in the 21-Day Reset Program are affordable. Every week we will give you a list, so you only buy what you need and no food will go to waste.

Because it can be hard to stay motivated and on-track, we're giving you access to a private Facebook support and accountability group. We've also teamed up with some of our favourite That Clean Life-approved brands to bring you some epic giveaways, just for participating.

The 21-Day Reset Program begins on Monday January 9, 2017.
